She was also able to help us identify potential issues/benefits of a home while we were looking at houses (old/new water heater, furnace, siding material, etc.), which was great because we are first-time buyers.
The best thing about Hilary is her responsiveness. She responds quickly whenever you want to go visit a house. I never worried that she forgot about me and I never felt bad about asking her questions. She went above and beyond to ensure every part of our home purchase went quickly and smoothly.
